Students
A 30-day move out notice is required. If a minimum 30-day notice is not provided, the resident may be fined up to $250 and the remainder of the last month's rent. In addition, discontinuance of education at the University, graduation, or loss of enrolled student status for any reason constitutes grounds for termination of the tenancy, and student is required to vacate within 24 hours. This includes the end of the quarter if not continuing on to the next quarter. If not vacated within 24 hours, a late move-out fine of $250 and eviction may apply. Students graduating in the spring need to vacate within 24 hours following the commencement ceremony.
Faculty and staff

In addition, if no longer employed by the university, the resident must vacate within 2 weeks (14 days) following the last date of employment. If not vacated within 2 weeks, a late move-out fine of $250 and eviction may apply.
